Children should only have to wear uniform on school event(when vistors come, sports days)

Your 1st Paragraph is Irrelevant, however...I argued that if the uniform is clean then the child could just wear it again, making 5 days. Against your next argument, yes Uniforms are used to represent your school but is also beneficial in many other ways. Firstly, as I stated previously, it lessens the chance of bullying towards clothing worn as everyone will be wearing the same. Secondly it is cost effective and finally it can be passed down to younger siblings or friends.

Hardly Fair: A Silly School Dress Code Debate

"If the school is going to make a dress code, than they should make a better effort to enforce it, shouldn't they? No one should be able to slip through the cracks." I assume this statement is the "resolution" of this debate. And if so, then I disagree. Completely. Why SHOULD schools uniformly enforce their dress code? I'm personally against dress codes. They might be better than school uniforms, but still, if there's no law against it, I feel students should have the right to wear what they want. And look how they want. Heck, if a boy wants to come into school in a dress, all the power to him. And so if you (the readers) are also against dress codes, then you would also be against the enforcement of dress codes, for the same reasons you are against dress codes. Therefore, regardless if the school has a dress code or not, it shouldn't be enforced. If you (the other readers)are FOR dress codes, then here's why schools should not "make a better effort" to enforce their dress codes anyway: The And if so, then I disagree. Completely. While we might like to think that Schools are all powerful, let's face it, it's just not the case. The best enforcement policy is one that curtails some clothing styles while incurring the least level of resistance. A rigid enforcement of a strict school dress code could stir up unwanted controversy which distracts from teaching. It could also stir up enough controversy and resistance to render the code useless if too many students flaunt the dress code. So let schools enforce their dress codes as they see fit in order to make the dress code effective and respectable. -Hear me Roar!

To my mind, nowadays this is burning issue in the society. Some people think that student doesn't need to wear Some people think that student doesn't need to wear school uniform at school. Because every people have to respect their own talent and personality. However, the others think that we have to wear school uniform at school. So teachers can control them easily. To my mind, students don't need to wear school uniform at school.

Uniforms should be banned from schools

"Clothes does not make a big difference" How is it such a small difference? If a student came to school wearing a religious dress, the act of bullying will be cornered on the student most probably. Pride in a student, is the fact that they are educated by that certain school. I would like to make one last point before I end my round. To buy the uniform of the school, you give money. That money goes to fund the school for better education or even service. So, the uniform's money is going into a good cause. Thank you.

Now even though the case was specifically about armbands...

    Students should wear uniforms.

A students clothing, depending on the individual, can mean a way to express themselves, show who they are, essentially speaking without words. Most people would agree that you can tell a lot about someone by how they present themselves. this would make the choices that we make with our clothing an extension of free speech. The supreme court case Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District stated that the school did not have the right to limit the freedom of speech so long as the medium that the students are using is non violent and not distracting from the learning environment. Now even though the case was specifically about armbands that students were wearing to protest the vietnam war I believe the Idea carries over the the dress code; That so long as the student isnt wearing anything that compleatly distracts from the learning environment then they should be free to express themselves in any way they choose. The only stipulations to the freedom to wear whatever they choose the indivdual administrations of the schools are free to decide within in reason what would be considered a distraction in the classroom.

First, There is a biological difference between men and...

Uniforms in schools/workplaces should all be unisex/gender neutral

So I'm going to stick to my argument and say that the companies right to choose its image is applicable to all fields. A companies image is a huge profit dictator no matter what the field and if you aren't managing the companies image it isn't your place to change it. You are at that point being paid to wear it and not be insubordinate. There is also an incredibly huge error in your argument when you mention not forcing skirts on people and then saying you're only arguing why these rules these rules should be changed not how. When, Where, Why, And how you are changing the rules is incredibly important because if you're arguing they should become the law of the land. Whatever land that may be. Now as far as the gender identity politics go there are some very obvious and important things to cover. First, There is a biological difference between men and women. I can quote endless biologists if you like but I don't think it is necessary. Next, We have to take the number of people this is effecting and the number of people it's designed to help. There are more people with peanut allergies than people bent on gender fluidity. We haven't forced peanuts from our shelves because of those people I'm not about promote the forced removal of skirts from businesses First, There is a biological difference between men and women. If you don't like a companies image then don't work there. You will hurt more people working for more companies with mandatory legal dress code than with picky company uniforms.
