Dress code is just a way for teachers to enforce more rules.. I myself used to believe this. But if you look more into depth in this you see that Dress Code Policies in Schools can be very benificial to the enviroment around you.
Uniforms in schools/workplaces should all be unisex/gender neutral
Often in this day and age people begin to question their gender, Or simply aren't comfortable wearing their assigned genders' clothing. Having one uniform for both parties would make it easier for everyone involved and prevent distress.

Firstly, your Grammar is Poor. Against your first argument about freedom of choice towards what children wear, if they wear Mufti it is a problem of "Hmm what shall I wear today, a dress, a skirt , a Hoodie", whereas with wearing school Uniform there's no fuss, and most importantly if everyone wears the same then the chance of bullying towards clothing is nill. I do not understand your second argument. Arguing your 3rd point, Usually you wear your uniform twice, so that four days and if its clean then you just wear it another. Obviously the parent would realise if their child has worn the same uniform for a week so if a child has not given their Uniform to their parent then that's really their problem

Well, it seems as if my opponent has been silenced either with account deletion or banning. I cannot speak to the fact that this a good debate, but I tried to give what I knew on the subject and argue to that point of view. Vouchers in in theory a great idea, but probably will detract from the current public education if they are implement, thus they should not be seen as a viable solution to financial woes, especially considering their bias toward the rich. Make your decision thence! I know that you will probably vote your own opinions, but there is nothing I can do to stop you. Thanks!
