Actually, kids might be too upset because they have to wear uniforms to even focus. If you go to the link I posted above, it shows that uniforms have a negative effect on kids' school work and attendance. And like I said before, if someone wants to shoot someone bad enough, they will shoot them at another time and place if they can't do it at school.
