You're missing the point. This topic neither "without uniforms" nor "ban uniforms" but give a right to parent to choose what appropriate for their children "cost efficient" as I said early if you think that you will save money by this way you just buy uniforms to your children but if you think uniforms are waste of money then just don't buy them I'll answer part of bully in the same way
